About Me

I was named after a vacuum cleaner.  Really, I was.  My favorite food is spaghetti and I’m not a fan of white sauce.  I have natural wavy hair that Tim wishes was straight.  Tim’s my husband, the guy in the photos below:)  We were married in 2007 and had a beautiful destination wedding on Maui.  We like long walks on the beach, nice dinner, and a movie…just kidding!  We love to travel and hope to visit Greece in the near future.  I’m pretty adventurous, but just don’t ask me to go snorkeling.  Terrified of fish.  I have a black thumb and can kill any and all plants including the lucky bamboo and succulents.  I love to shop and can never pass up a good deal.  Shoot me an email if you want to go shopping!

Hi Alice!!! It’s been such a long time! I’ve been reading your blog and looking at all of your amazing photos…you’ve grown so much as an artist…your work is exquisite! I even found a picture of me and Ava in one of your portfolios! Can you believe she is 4 years old now?? I also have Bella (who is 2 1/2) and am expecting baby David James at the end of July! I’ve been searching high and low for a photojournalistic photographer here in San Diego and can’t find anyone that compares to you! So when we’re ready (probably in the fall) I’m going to get back in touch so we can get together. I’d love to have some really unique artistic photos of the girls (they are gorgeous!) …So glad to see you and Tim so happy!
