Reason #3852 on why I love my job! Serena and I had the opportunity to go to Koh Samui Thailand to photograph a beautiful wedding at Silavadee Pool Spa Resort. While we were not working, we took a tour around the amazing island of Koh Samui plus neighboring islands. To start off…here’s our amazing hotel Amari Palm Reef.

We were a bit jet-lagged so we were up at 6am. Here’s the beautiful beach outside our hotel.

Gina and Sergio had a beautiful ceremony at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Downey. I was super excited about this wedding because it’s been a while since Tim shot with me. Following the ceremony, we all headed to the beautiful Heritage Park in Santa Fe Springs for the lovely outdoor reception.

When we posted a destination wedding photography special for Hawaii, we never thought it would happen so quickly. Midori and Kenny were married at the beautiful Haiku Mill on Maui and their beautiful wedding was featured on Style Me Pretty! I don’t normally cry when I’m shooting, but I shed a few tears at this one. The way these two talk about each other and their families will bring tears to anyone’s eyes.

OC Fair 2010

My arteries are clogged, but I don’t care. Tim and I met up with friends this past weekend and headed to the OC Fair. We ate everything from a Mexican funnel cake, deep fried Oreos to turkey legs! Since I’m notorious for never taking photos outside of weddings and portrait sessions, thought I would use my trusty Canon PowerShot this time. Here are some images from my point and shoot…until next year!

Let’s see, where do I begin. Todd and I were co-workers a few years ago. He used to come into my office and go on and on about his girlfriend Megan. It was always Megan this and Megan that, but no one in the office ever met her since she lived in Texas. We started to think Megan was his imaginary girlfriend and gave him a really hard time about it. So finally, he showed us a picture!

Fast forward to today, Megan and Todd are happily engaged and planning their fabulous wedding this October at the Fairmont Newport Beach. They were in town for a few days so we headed down to Laguna Beach for a fun engagement session.

Can’t wait till October to see you guys again!

This was a special engagement session. Why? Charity wore her actual wedding gown! We met up in San Juan Capistrano over the weekend for this super fun shoot. The beautiful bouquet from Fantasy Floral Designs completed Charity’s vintage look. I can’t wait to photography your wedding in Temecula next month!
