Before we left for our Maui wedding, Serena Grace invited a few of us to shoot a day after session with her amazing couple Bob and Sandy (Jennifer and Edgar in another post). What is an encore session you ask? It’s a combination of “day after”, “trash the dress” and “bridal portraits.” It gives all brides an opportunity to put their wedding gown back on one more time. Some may want to trash it, but I have discovered that most don’t. Here is a session I did for Michelle from Mele Amore : Happy Love Events. The talented Jamie Michele was responsible for styling and the lovely makeup on Michelle. Hope you guys enjoy these images!

It was a hot and humid Sunday as I pulled up to an empty parking lot to met up with Caroline and Mike. Caroline looked extra beautiful thanks to Lisa from Makeup by Lisa P. After we gathered all the accessories, equipment, and water, we took a little hike up the hills of Irvine. Yes, I said a little hike, but it felt more like a 10 mile hike in the heat. Thanks Caroline and Mike for braving the weather, bugs, and dirt with us!

It’s been 2 years since our Maui wedding and 7 years since we started dating. Anyone else count their dating anniversaries or is it just us? Since I’m so bad with dates, it’s a good thing March 22nd is the only date I will have to remember. Here is a shot Steven Bell got of us from our trip to Vegas.
